CANCELLATION POLICY
Please be advised that appointments rescheduled for any reason within 24 hours of their scheduled time will not be eligible for a deposit refund. However, if you reschedule more than 24 hours in advance, your deposit will be applied to your next scheduled appointment. Kindly note that all deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances. Additionally, clients who arrive 30 minutes or more after their scheduled appointment time will have their appointment cancelled and will need to reschedule. if you miss your appointment for the first time, your deposit will be forfeited. Future bookings will require a 100% service deposit. Please remember that any add-on services are not included in the initial service charge and will be added to your final bill.
